person to be assigned in Jakarta Office for the position of
HR-Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Taking care of regulatory and corporate legal issues.
- Reviewing agreements and arrange company and employees’ permit matters.
- Liaise to related government institution in regards of regulatory and permit arrangement.
- Make sure compliance and regulation implemented by all employees.
- Providing and monitoring SOP under correct procedures and implementation.
Requirements:
- Male/Female with max. age 35 years old.
- Must Graduated from reputable Law University.
- Experiences min. 2 years in corporate legal and permit arrangement.
- Good in English by verbally and written, and computer literate.
- Self-motivated, mature, trustable and willing to work long hours to finish the tasks.
