Legal - Litigation (LG -
JS)
Responsibilities:
- Analyze each case faced by the company and poured into an analysis referred to the legal opinion
- Handle legal issues faced by the company, either internal or external civil and criminal, outside the court and in court (proceedings)
- Drafting up the agreement required by the company to resolve legal problems, either internal or external
- Establish a good relationship with the external parties relating to the handling of the case at hand, for example by establishing a relationship with lawyer (Law Firm)
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Law
- Having experience minimum 3 years in legal department
- Able to work well in underpressure environment
- Good analytical thinking and willingness to learn
- Strong drive and leadership skill
- Excellent communication skill in English, both oral and written
- Willing to assigned and placed throughout our branch and site in Indonesia
