Malinau mines covering an area of approximately 2,961 ha located in Malinau
regency, North Kalimantan province. The company was founded in 1992 and is
headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia. PT Mitrabara Adiperdana, Tbk operates as a
subsidiary of PT Wahana Sentosa Cemerlang. Started the coal mining industry in
1992, we currently apply the integrated system in coal supply to achieve a high
quality standard for the customer’s satisfaction, and we always strive to be
better. Along with the increasing in coal production target, we are looking for

Legal Officer
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, majoring in Law or equivalent
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Age maximum 34 years old
- Mastering legal compliance to OJK & IDX regulation
- Good knowledge & exposure in legal drafting and contract management
- Experience in interacting with or having been part of reputable corporate law firm
- Fluent in English is a must
- Having experience in mining industry and go public company is an advantage
- Applicants must be willing to work in Harmoni - jakarta pusat
