services to companies and new Japan will stand, as well as those already in
operation. We are looking for the best candidates to fill the position of:
Legal Staff
Responsibilities:
- Conduct some necessary surveys
- Provide reports to the client related to the permitting process that has been carried out
- Provide complete information based on the rules that apply to the clients, related to the corporation legal issues in Indonesia, if necessary
- Doing other relevant duties as required or delegated.
Requirement:
- Able to work as a team or individual and under pressure
- Have a strong analytical, initiative, and creativity in work
- Understand about Corporate/Business Law
- Has extensive references in private or government agencies\
- Have experience in obtaining permits such as BKPM, Company Domicile, IUT, NPWP.
- Perform maintenance permits associated with the establishment of a Company such as: Domicile, SIUP/IUT, TDP, NPWP, BKPM permits, etc.
- Male/Female
- Age max. 35 years old
- Graduated from D3/S1 Law (Management or Business Law/Private Law)
- Computer Literate (min. MS Office)
- Fluent in English both written and oral (Japanese would be an advantage)
- Have a minimum 1 year experience in the same field.
