Legal Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Create and/or review contract amendment
• Reviewing the contracts of non standard (draft of subscribers)
• Make non standard to non-standard transactions
• Negotiate contract
• Inserting and updating data in the monitoring system of LOD

Requirements:

• Minimal education Bachelor of law
• Healthy physical and spiritual, at least 26 years of age
• Experienced in the Legal Analyst or never worked at the company in the law Division
• Experienced in the field of civil law, the law of economics/business at least 1 year
• English speak (spoken and written) is a plus
• Skilled in information technology (computers and software) and system
