Legal Investigator – Litigator Officer

Responsibilities:

• Acting as a Legal Investigator with responsibilities to accept, review, and conduct investigations (inclusive to conduct interviews) on Sales Forces misconduct and/or Customer complaints related to Misseling, Misappropriate Premiums and Fraud.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from a reputable university majoring in Law
• At least 2 years working experience in insurance company/finance company as an anti-fraud officer and/having investigating experience and working experience in law firm as litigator.
• Investigation and negotiation skill/experience
• Knowledge in insurance will be an additional point
• Good communication skills both in English & Indonesia
• Good negotiator and able to handle a hard conversation
• Willing to travel in a high frequency
