HR Services



Responsibilities:

  • Maintain database
  • Maintain good relationship with employee
  • Handle employee agreement (PKWT and PKWTT), as well as warning letter etc
  • Responsible for monthly abseenteism report, leave report, and overtime report

Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree from any related field
  • Minimum 3 years experience in similar field
  • Able to work under pressure within tight deadline
  • Strong in detail, good analytical thinking, and well organized
  • Effective use of MS Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Good administration skill
  • Good command of verbal and written English
  • Able to work under pressure in dynamic situation
