HR Services
Responsibilities:
- Maintain database
- Maintain good relationship with employee
- Handle employee agreement (PKWT and PKWTT), as well as warning letter etc
- Responsible for monthly abseenteism report, leave report, and overtime report
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree from any related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar field
- Able to work under pressure within tight deadline
- Strong in detail, good analytical thinking, and well organized
- Effective use of MS Word, Excel and Power Point
- Good administration skill
- Good command of verbal and written English
- Able to work under pressure in dynamic situation
