Sr Contract Administration
Responsibilities:
- To assist contract preparation process and procedure in Head Offfice, liaise with marketing team
- To involve in contract review process and provide suggestion
- To monitor and update any subsequent legislation from Government/ Authorities
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Law from reputable University
- Fluent in English both oral & written
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Preferable from contractor in construction, mining or oil and gas industry
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in Construction Company
- experienced in reviewing commercial contract such as NDA, MoU, Subcontract agreement, pricing document, JV, JO agreement, etc. Is a Must
- Having knowledge and experience in contract / agreement preparation
