Import & Legal Officer

Responsibilities:

• Develop communication on business goals of Import clearance activities on the Internal Organization such as Purchasing, Distribution & Warehouse and F&A Department
• Effective relation with Government Institution to ensure smoothness of Import and Export activities
• Support import manager to manage import activities in smoothly manner by considering optimum cost and lead time

Requirements:

• University degree with minimum 3 years experience in Import and Legal management
• Sufficient Import (and Export) knowledge
• Communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good teamwork capability
• Able to communicate in English (both oral and written)
• Able to handle computer (Word and Excell) and ERP is preferable
• Live in Tangerang or West Jakarta is preferable
