MT in these function: HR, Sales, DANIS (IS), Industrial, SSD, Medical, Suply
Chain, Marketing, QA , RnD, Finance, CALRA.
Corporate Legal Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Formulating, drafting and reviewing agreements and/or other legal documents, such as cooperation agreements, raw and pack supply agreements, any agreements with contractors, suppliers and other third parties, which aims to support businesses that are and will be running
- Involve in New Site Project, when required, to secure Company’s legal standpoint.
- Produce regular update information to key stakeholders/audiences to achieve targeted objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Law/Business Law,
- Minimum of 3 years experience in similar field, from any industry
- Have a specific knowledge in corporate law, Civil Law, Consumer Protection Law.
- Have a good Advisory skill, Analytical thinking, Conceptual thinking, Leadership skill, Legal drafting skill, Managerial skill, Negotiation skill, Problem solving skill, Communication skill, Interpersonal skill, Teamwork skill
- Proficient in English
