Legal Staff
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the legal framework of the company
- Render legal advice to the company on matters as may be required including legal advice on the rules of the company, contracts, transactions, and agreements to be entered into by the company
- Provide data/documents needed for legal process, liase with relevant third parties such as notary, attorney, government departments, etc, keeps the management informed about legal process by sending regular report until the process is done
- Attend and participate in both internal and external meetings as required
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Law or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Interest about international commercial law
- Knowledge about Indonesian commercial and immigration law will be an additional point
- Good administration and organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is a must
- Willing to work in Sanur.
- Full-Time position available.
