are a leading manufacturing of artificial sweetener in Indonesia since 1973. Our
products are Sodium Cyclamate and Sodium Saccharin that provides the most
economical way to reach a high level of sweetness in your products. We are
located in Batang-Pekalongan, Central Java, Indonesia. Saccharin was used as an
alternative sweetener to sugar until today. It has sweetening strength of 300
times of cane sugar. On the other hand, Sodium Cyclamate has a sweetening power
of 40 times of cane sugar and it is widely used to sweeten food and drink
around the globe. Sodium Saccharin and Sodium Cyclamate have the unique ability
to sweeten, yet it does not have calories in its chemical composition so it is
a perfect sweetener and a perfect sugar substitute for a person who suffer
diabetic illness.
Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Represent the company inside and outside the Court on the basis of the authority of the leadership of the company
- Oversee the implementation of regulations and laws and regulations that are applicable in a corporate environment
- Provide the legal aspect of the considerations that are requested by other departments within the company's organization
- Perform other duties in accordance with the authority and responsibility
Requirements:
- Maximum age 30 years
- Minimal education Bachelor of law
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same field
- Communication skill and negotiation are good
- Have a good knowledge of government bureaucracy in the procedure of licensing, legal drafting, legal opinion, and document the legality of companies
- Willing in place in Central Java, Batang
