HR Administration
(Temporary)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to maintain and update daily administration related to employee record & work status
- Make employees monthly daily allowance/overtime report to be processed by payroll
- Assisting recruitment process if needed (such as inviting candidates, maintain recruitment tracker, etc)
Requirement(s):
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Law, Social Science/Sociology or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): excellent in data management, proficient in english (written & speaking), attention to detail, persistance, and able work under pressure, Dynamic and multi tasks.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 3 months contract as temporary staff
- Dynamic and able to handle multi tasks
- Proactive, initiative and resourceful
