Credit Senior Legal Staff

Requirements:

• At least Bachelor degree from a leading University (Department of law), with the minimum GPA 2.75
• Preferred language English
• Master Ms Office.
• Maximum age 30 years
• Minimum 1 year experience as Staff Credit Legal (preferably from banking)
• Have a basic knowledge of credit and guarantee of the binding

Responsibilities:

• Carry out the tasks associated with the binding of credit and guarantees
• Make legal opinions follow the provisions and applicable law
• Do the mentoring/assisting to related section with respect to the binding of collateral and credit
• Maintain the completeness of document binding credit and collateral
