Legal Litigation Officer

Requirements:

• Max 35 years old,
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Law or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Willing to travel
• Able to work as a team or independently

Responsibilities:

• Manage company - holdings litigations problems
• Legal drafting (Correspondence, summons, claims, etc)
• Administrative litigation cases (filling documents, registration lawsuit, etc)
• Coordinate with branches and affiliates about legal issues
