HRD Officer

Responsibilities:
  • Handling all HR Administration such as overtime, annual leave, absence employee, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, Health Insurance (BPJS Kesehatan & other Insurance, outsource, etc
  • Recruitment process (posting job advertisement, screening, inviting, interview candidate, medical check up process
  • Expatriates Legalization Process
  • Training New employee delivery
  • All HRD related duties
Requirements:
  • Age maximum 30 years
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S-1) psychology or law
  • Having minimum 2 years experience as HRD in reputable companies
  • Understand Labor Law, HR Procedure & Policy
  • Good interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS office application
  • Highly initiative person, dynamic, energetic, self motivated and strong interpersonal skill
  • Able to work independently and to work under the pressure
