Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Take care of all the documents, permissions, as well as legal issues that happen in the company
- Juridical analysis
- Reviewing the activity of corporate legal, reviewing and handling the business agreement, as well as deal with legal document management
- Creating draft legal documents of the company
- Understand and know the law of Indonesia.
Requirements:
- Experienced min 3 years in the same field.
- Innovative, active, can communicate well, analytical thinkers and details.
