in April 1980 by the Charoen Pokphand Group, CP Prima has grown to become a
leading aquaculture company in the world with over 30 years of operating
experience in aquaculture industry and was recognized as a global pioneer in
large-scale vertically integrated aquaculture operation. CP Prima produces feed
and fry, shrimp products and probiotics. There are two primary business units
within CP Prima, the feed business and shrimp processing business. The feed
business sells aquaculture products to farmers directly or through regional
wholesalers in Indonesia. CP Prima feed is the current market leader in
domestic sales more than 50% market share. The business unit also sells shrimp
fry as a bundling package with feed sales, pet food, probiotics and aquaculture

- Age 22-30 years old
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta and travel service around the CPP site. Selection of prospective employees will be held in Jakarta
- Preferably has worked in the food industry or manufacturing industry or the feedmill
- Healthy physical and spiritual. There is no record of black police and being of good character
- Minimal S-1 Education Law with a minimum GPA of 2.90
