Legal Staff
Responsibilities:
- Create or review agreements and legal documents.
- Corporate Legal process run according the law about limited liability company
- Other related things Legal.
- Monitoring documents
- Monitoring Policy related government regulations IT
Requirements:
- At least Bachelor degree of law science.
- Maximum age 30 years.
- Work experience of at least 2 (two) years in telecommunications companies/property/Notary Office.
- Understand the method of making the agreement, the Corporate Legal procedure, and permitting Law rules.
- Thorough and has a good analysis ability.
- Understand English
- Good communication in both the internal and external
