Founded
on October 3, 2000, PT Indonesia Comnets Plus (ICON +) focuses on providing
networking, services, and telecommunications content, specifically to support
the technology and information systems to PT PLN (Persero) and the public.
Therefore, the Company entered into various featured services such as Clear
Channel, Multi Protocol Label Switching (MPLS), broadband Internet access,
Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), and banking applications. As a wholly
owned subsidiary by PLN, at first ICON + PLN focused to serve the needs of
telecommunications networks. Along with the industry's needs with the
telecommunications network availability and reliability levels that are
consistent, the Company saw a new opportunity to expand its business is to
commercialize excess electricity capacity fiber-optic telecommunications
network PLN in Java and Bali. Based on this thinking, ICON + has cooperated
with many companies, especially those operations require extensive
telecommunications network and reliable.
Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing documents/legal agreement of the company
- Legal drafting
- Giving advices regarding all legal activities include litigation of the company based on Indonesian law policy
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Law or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): negotiation, analytical, legal contract, legal corporate.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably experienced in the same business field.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
