Legal Litigation Staff
Requirements:
- Age 25 - 30 years old,
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Law or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Willing to travel
- Able to work as a team or independently
Responsibilities:
- Manage company - holdings ligitations problems
- Legal drafting (Correspondence, summons, claims, etc)
- Administrative litigation cases (filling documents, registration lawsuit, etc)
- Coordinate with branches and affiliates about legal issues
