Corporate Legal Officer

Responsibilities:

• To ensure the Company and its Subsidiaries to comply with the prevailing laws and regulations.
• To provide summary on new laws and regulations regarding corporate, mining, electricity, plantation, capital market, forestry, manpower and expatriate, power plant, and any related issues with the Company’s business activities.
• Developing and controlling the full inventory of legal contracts and to ensure the documents are properly maintained, kept up to date and complied with.
• Able to draft any legal agreements or legal document.
• To liaise with external lawyers, notary, and other professionals.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Law from reputable university.
• Maximum age 28 years old.
• Having knowledge of Indonesian regulations and its implementation.
• Having knowledge of commercial and cooperation contracts;
• Good administrative skills.
• Proficient in English (oral & written) should be required.
• Working Experience: At least 1 year of working experience is required for this position.
