Legal Counsel
Responsibilities:
- Review contract and legal document (English and Indonesian language).
- Draft contract and legal document (English and Indonesian language).
- Management compliance issue and provide professional solution.
- Charge of litigation and/or arbitration in Court or Arbitration Center of Indonesia.
Requirements:
- Candidate must be possess at least bachelor degree in Law Major or equivalent.
- At least 4 years experience of in-house lawyer in company or attorney in law firm.
- Having a good knowledge related with Indonesian Law.
- Having a good negotiation skill.
- Profiency in English both writing and speaking.
- Able to work in multicultural working environment.
- Willing to travel around ZTE Indonesia working site.
