Management in Jakarta and Bali. The commercial project, consisting of
automotive center, mall, food court, club house and driving range, is going to
be built on 21,000 m2 of land on Jln. Kayu Putih Raya. As a joint venture with
PT Korea World Center Indonesia, the project is designed with East and North
Jakarta Korean community in mind. Its close proximity to the housing complex
and business center at Kelapa Gading and easy access to the Tanjung Priok
Harbor/Jakarta International Container Terminal and Soekarno-Hatta
International Airport make Indonesian Korea World Center the perfect business

Legal – HR & GA
Responsibilities
- Responsible for legal and corporate affairs
- Able to draft and review legal agreements and other documentations such as contracts, leasing, etc
- Understand the right workflow to successfully process and obtain legal license (eg. Land permit, etc) from relevant government departments
- Coordinate with HR Department to prepare employee assignment agreement
- Creating Standard Operational Procedures
- Be responsible to handle intellectual property
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree of Law from reputable university with minimum GPA 3 out of 4
- At least 4-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Advocate license is an advantage
- Experience in contract drafting, legal due diligence and provide legal opinion
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- Skill(s) required: negotiation, analytical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skill
