HR Policy Staff

Responsibilities:
  • Make HR Policy
  • Update the regulations relating to employment
  • Make employment report
  • Create Company Regulations/PKB
  • Compile PKWT, PKWTT, and other agreements
Requirements:
  • Maximum age 30 years
  • At least Bachelor degree from a leading University and from all departments (primarily from the Department of law), with a minimum GPA of 2.75
  • Master P. Office (Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Master program visio
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the field of HRD/HC/Sysdur (preferably from banking)
  • Have knowledge about the law employment law
  • Have experience in the creation of policy especially regarding HRD
  • Have good interpersonal skills
