Legal Staff
Responsibilities:
- Provide business as usual commercial and operational legal matters, including but not limited to review of the document, draft of contract / agreement, give feedback/advic/recommendations, deal with or make a contact with regulator, litigation matters
- Assuring Legal risk management and legal compliance in the company
Requirements:
- Candidate’s has Bachelor’s Degree.
- Has working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good communication & presentation skill.
- Fluent in English communication, verbally and written.
- Good in Ms. Office.
