Requirements:
- Male
- Maximum age 30 years old
- Bachelor degree of law from reputable university
- 3-5 years experiences in the same field
- Advocate license is an advantage
- Good understanding of Indonesian law, especially private and company law, foreign investment, construction, shipping and coal mining industry related regulations
- Familiar with Notary and Land Document
- Experience in contract drafting, legal due diligence and provide legal opinion
- Good English both oral and written, Mandarin is a plus
- Good interpersonal skill, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Willing to travel when required
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for legal and corporate affairs
- Handle litigation and investigation cases while providing legal opinion on concerning matters
- Able to draft and review legal agreements and other documentations such as contracts, leasing, etc
- Have experience in handling company permits, licenses, articles directly to the government department or institutional.
- Understand the right workflow to successfully process and obtain legal license (eg. land permit, etc) from relevant government departments
- Having extensive knowledge of Indonesian Regulations and its implementation.
