in 1997, named PT Kino Industrindo Centers with 1 factory and about 200 employees.
Up to 2013, has been operating with two factories and employs 1200 people. PT
Sentra Industrindo Kino produces various kinds of candies, such as candy, hard
candy, squishy candies candy lollipop, deposit, and a variety of snack – snack
of rice, cassava chips, moon cakes and assorted fruit flavored drink powders
demgam, coffee, milk and Ginger soda. 2 factory PT Kino Center located in the
Terboyo Industrindo and Sayung, Central Java. Effective from November 2013, PT
Sentra Kino Industrindo joined Morinaga & Company Limited Japan to PT
Indonesia Kino Morinaga. PT Morinaga Kino Indonesia was esthablished since
November 1st, 2013. To strengthen our team, we currently seeking candidates who
are qualified, highly motivated, self-driven, honest, creative, dynamic,
independent, & dedicated to fill in these following positions:
HRD & Legal Supervisor
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Law or Psychology
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Have Knowledge about legal document for company (UU ketenagakerjaan, KITAS, IMTA, License etc)
- Have knowledge about recruitment procces and behavioral event interview
- Have knowledge about personnel administration & compensation and benefit
- Have good communication skill and can work under pressure
- Have a good Knowledge of human resource work flow
- Strong in detail, good analytical thinking, and problem solving
- Applicants must be willing to work in serpong
Responsibilities
- Supervise and managing all legal process (obtain license and permit in companies)
- Supervise recruitment process (fulfilled man power request)
- Supervise personnel and administration process (attendance, insurance, allowance, compensation and benefit etc)
