Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the fulfillment of the needs of the labour force in accordance with the qualifications of the position and development of potential employees in order to support the smooth running of the company's operations

Requirements:

  • Maximum age 27 years
  • Educational background of at least D3
  • Minimum 1 year in the field of HUMAN RESOURCES, especially the part of recruitment and employee development
  • Preferred who possess work experience in pharmaceutical or consumer goods
  • Master Ms Office with very good especially Excel
  • Able to work well individually and in team
  • Quick response, honest, thorough and willing to learn
