PT Royal Standard

The oldest division and also the biggest division within the Royal Standard Group. It has over two decades of valuable experience in both local and export market. The Division also invest in famous and leading European technology thus they are able to offer “High Quality Product at Low Cost” to their customer and it has the capability to deliver large volume order in a short lead time. In 2013 the division is expected to achieve double of its current production capacity and also expected to go into other range of products that involves plastics, while also continuously adding more paper stationery product to its range.



HRD Staff



Responsibilities:

  • Create an internal Memo and its attachments that contain work regarding the rules and policies of the company
  • Monitor and evaluate the company's budget is always in order to make effective and efficient budget as well as a charge of jawabterhadap per expenditure undertaken by the company.
  • Observing the condition of employee activity and development of the quality of work of employees
  • The annual expenditure budget drafting plans for HRD
  • Take care of the payroll employee salaries.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years work experience in the field of TRAINING and Coaching.
  • Bachelor degree major in range (preferably of psychology or law)
  • Have good communication skill
  • Understand and be able to apply the training need analysis, in house training, and training evaluation
  • Understand labor law
  • Understand the process of employment and health BPJS
  • Willing to be Mobile to the branch
