As a
private Independent Power Producer company, who develop geothermal energy into
electricity, SAE will contribute to supply electricity to Java-Bali network and
support the National Energy Policy. The presence of SAE in Central Java
Province meant to simply useful to the surrounding people. By then, the success
of Baturraden Geothermal Power Plant Project is expected to enhance economic
growth of local people and increases the understanding of “green energy power
generation” which environmentally friendly. Furthermore, this project should
encourage the integration of power generation with nature tourism, nature
utilization in accordance with nature conservation and prosperity of the nature
itself.
Legal and Permit Officer
Responsibilities:
- Responsible in the planning, organizing and in performing various work activities related to (a) all legal aspects of the company, e.g. corporate issues, contract related issues, management of day-to-day legal affairs including coordination of external lawyers under supervision of the legal project team members and (b) securing the necessary permits, right of way and agreements and contracts relating to the project
- Coordination with the various project team members and provides the Company with a professional and legal guidance in the acquisition and processing of these documents
Requirements:
- Education : Legal education (e.g. legal counsel)
- Languages : English, Bahasa Indonesia
- Technical Qualification
- Excellent knowledge of relevant legislation and practice
- Strong Negotiation Skills
