Legal & Compliance Officer

Responsibilities:

• Preparation and maintenance of corporate documents and compliance for a group of companies, specifically in trading, manufacturing & agricultural
• Update and consolidate all aspects of regulation in business

Requirement:

• At least Bachelor Degree (S1) in Law from a reputable Institution
• Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken
• Able to work independently, strong leadership profile, good interpersonal communication skills &
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field
