Legal Staff

Responsibilities:

• Drafting corporate action/ Legal for all department.
• Preview case and commercial agreement.
• To preview all agreement.
• To manage corporate action.
• Attending meeting will all department.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Law or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Communication Skill, MS Office.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available..
