Legal Compliance Associate
Responsibilities:
- To prepare any legal documents particularly on the client propose incorporation at Indonesian Investments Co-ordination Board (BKPM) and various licenses with various regulatory bodies in Indonesia
- Drafting and reviewing Board Resolutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Law
- Must have minimum one (1) years of relevant hands-on working experience (working in a law firm, particularly handling corporate matters, will be an advantage)
- knowledge of Company Law and Manpower/Labour Law in Indonesia
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Must be meticulous, diligent in all aspects of day to day activities and assignments
