Legal Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Direct report to Director
- Responsible for legal compliance aspect of the Company
- Advising the Company in loan and financing transaction
- Handling Sales Contract, EPC Contract and any other commercial agreement entered by the Company
Requirements:
- Law Degree from Reputable University
- 3 Years experience working for national-wide Company or Corporate Lawfirm
- Advocate License and Certified Capital Market Lawyer would be an advantage
- Fluent in English is a must
- Having experience in property sector/developer would be an advantage
- Having experience in loan transaction & financing facilities
- Good communication and negotiation skills
