Legal Staff

Responsibilities:

• Organizing, preparing agendas for and taking minutes of board meetings, shareholders meeting including extraordinary transactions and related legal/administrative issues;
• Maintaining statutory books, including registers of board commissioner and directors, etc.
• Maintaining the register of shareholders and monitoring changes in share ownership of the company.
• Monitoring changes in relevant regulations that ensure the company complies with all applicable regulations.
• Liaising with external regulators and advisers.

Requirements:

• Male/Female with maximum age 25 years
• Bachelor degree majoring in law with minimum GPA 3.0 from reputable university.
• Have good knowledge in Business Law
• Have experience minimum 1 years as Legal Staff
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Able to operate MS Office
• Team work player with pleasant personality, neat and self- motivated.
