Legal Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Make sure the agreement made at the signature & before the opening, the license/permit obtained & extended in a timely manner and ensure that only an authorized person can sign legal documents to represent the company
• Provide data related to legal and lucrative agreement required at any time
• Ensure good archive storage for all the legal documents from the mall.

Requirements:

• Minimal Education Bachelor of law
• Maximum Age 35 years Experienced in the field of Legal minimum 3 year
• Had worked in the notary office and shopping malls/building a value-added
• Good knowledge about the laws and regulations of Indonesia
• Understand the legal issues that relate to contract/agreement
• Able to communicate with both orally and written
• Able to operate the computer with a good (at least MS Office)
