Lawyer
Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating projects related contracts
- Conducting legal due diligence
- Assisting partners in handle client’s legal matter
Requirements:
- Degree in Law (Sarjana Hukum) with outstanding academic records from a reputable university
- Have at least 7 (seven) years experiences working on general corporate and commercial, bankIng and finance and merger & acquisition project
- Good commands of English both oral and written with excellent agreement drafting and report writing skills
- Familiar with laws and regulations, particularly in the legal fields of banking and finance, and electricity power and energy
- Possessing good personalities and communication skills, ability and confidence to interact with clients as well as governmental institutions, and able to work independently and/or n a team; and
