Legal and Loan Staff

Responsibilities:

• Support the entire claim handling process related to lawsuit or mediation
• Giving legal opinion, legal advice regarding lawsuit
• making approval to appoint lawyer to take legal action
• Coordinate with lawyers remain in dealing with various cases within the scope of courts, the police and prosecutor’s office
• Study and analyze the files and chronological problems of the customers

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree; Law or equivalent with minimum GPA. 3,00
• Capable to work on minimum supervision
• Having PERADI or at least PKPA
• Having skills on Litigation & Negotiation
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• Having at least 1 year experience on legal field for financial company
