began as an all-purpose shop called Sin Kian store founded in 1940 by Mr. Simon
Nursalim, the father of five sons and a daughter, in downtown Jakarta. In 1978,
the second generation of the family took over the store Nursalim Kian Sin of
Father Simon Nursalim and developed into an appliance store. In 1980, the store
Kian Sin becomes a distributor and seller of home appliances overseas. n 1982,
CKM appointed as the sole distributor for Philips products "Consumer
Lifestyle". Presently, CKM stands as one of Indonesia’s largest
distributors companies employing more than 1.000 employees and owning over
5.000 distribution channels all over the country. In 2013 alone, CKM
successfully sold over 4 million units of Philips appliances.
HR Officer
Responsibilities:
- Manage HR jobs
- Ensure the needs of the employees of each department are met
- Make sure the activities benefit smoothly and no problems
- Ensure employee data update properly
- Ensuring HRD in correspondence activities can go smoothly
- Make sure the entire Recruitment activities running smoothly
Requirements:
- Age 25-35 years old
- S1 All Majors, (Preferably Of Psychology, Management, Legal)
- Experience in the HR section of at least 3 years
- Meticulous & responsible
- Precedence is willing in place in West Jakarta
