- Mastering ACT staffing
- Responsible for running processes training & employee development
Requirements:
- At least Bachelor degree majoring in Psychology/law/management/health
- Experienced in the field of HUMAN RESOURCE management health care preferred (minimum 5 years Experience)
- Understanding the field of personnel
- Understand the system payroll and PPH 21
- Understand employment law
- Understanding industrial relations and employee relationship
- Once a force of at least 300 employees
- Understanding licenses in the hospital
