Legal Staff

Responsibilities:

• Being able to create, understand, analyse opinions regarding the SPK, NDA, contract a cooperation agreement
• Submits recommendations regarding the SPK, NDA, contract a cooperation agreement
• Create and manage corporate documents specifically related to the cooperation agreement with the government, company, partnership and individual

Requirements:

• Minimal S-1 education business law
• Minimum of 2 years experience in their field
• Mastering Microsoft Office
• Understand correspondence
• Have an understanding of business law
• Have a physical and spiritual health
• Being of good character, disciplined, well-mannered, polite, friendly, conscientious, honest, resilient and capable of collaborating in team
• The language of the English (active and passive)
• Able to communicate well and professional standard corporate
• Have the ability of negotiation based on the law
