Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree from reputable University in Legal, Accounting, Psychology, Human Resource Management, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Excellent knowledge HR policies and procedures, Indonesian labor law, employee and labor relations, or compensation & benefit
  • Have a good numerical ability, analytical thinking, logic of verbal, good perspective and more accuracy
  • Hard worker, result-oriented, attention to detail, strong analytical, able to work under tight schedule

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for compensation & benefits
  • Develop, maintain, propose improvement on company benefits program such as medical, Jamsostek, company creativity program, etc
  • Handling expatriate working permit / legal document.
  • Build good communication system with management and employees.
