Senior Associate
Responsibilities:
- Working with a number of legal professionals conducting high level transactional activities in areas such as foreign investment, mergers and acquisitions, mining and finance.
- Providing legal advice concerning business and transaction matters particularly in the framework of capital investment, labor, mergers, acquisition, refinancing and joint venture.
Requirement:
- Graduate of a reputable university majoring in law (Postgraduate preferred)
- Advanced fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, verbal and written
- Exemplary knowledge in the Indonesian legal framework concerning contracts, corporate governance, mergers, acquisitions and finance
- Experiences in employment matter
- PERADI License
