Human Resource Officer



Responsibilities:

  • Processing Payroll and Data
  • Know how to handle Industrial Relation
  • Processing Compensation & Benefit for employee
  • Know how to make a module for training

Requirements:

  • Maximum 30 years old
  • S1 in Law or Economic
  • Have experience in HR minimum 3 years, especially in payroll/IR (Industrial Relations)/C&B (Compensation & Benefit)
  • Good knowledge in current Indonesian Labor Regulation is preferred
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Self-starter and able to work under pressure and work immediately
  • Able to work in the team
