Responsibilities:
- Creating and Reviewing Agreements With Third Parties
- Administration and Renewing Legal Documentation
- Set The Holding Of AGM
- Deal With Legal Issues Arising In Operational Activities
Requirements:
- Male/female, a maximum of 35 Years
- Undergraduate Education
- Have a Minimum 3 years Experience in their field
- Have A Minimum Of Passive Language Skills English
- Master Computer (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Has A Breadth And Have Communication Skills And Good Interpersonal
- Active/Proactive, Responsible And Able To Work Under Pressure
