Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for contract review and co-operation, Join Venture group of company in Indonesian and English
- Able and capable of providing legal advise on the contact clauses of the company
- Having extensive knowledge of Indonesian Regulation and it’s implementation
- Monitor legal documentation
Requirements:
- Maximum 35 years old
- S1 from leading university with minimum GPA 3.00, majoring in Law
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Good communication in English both oral and written is a must
- Self-motivated, initiative, efficient and able to work with date line
