Corporate Legal
Responsibilities:
- Draft and review corporate agreements, contracts and other relevant documents in Bahasa and/or English
- Monitor company overall compliance with laws and regulations, also responsible for any other legal related issues
- Group who control labor risk, Treasury Group who control foreign exchange risk and liquidity risk, GA Group who control
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor degree of Law from reputable university
- Around 5 years working experience in reputable Law Firm and in charge of various corporate issues in litigation
- Good understanding of Indonesia Law especially corporate and business law also foreign investment
- Have wide experience in legal drafting bilingual
- Have advocate license from Peradi is preferable
- Able to work individually and under pressure
