HR & GA - Payroll
Staff
Responsibilities:
- Familiar with Payroll process, Pph 21 & Overtime calculation
- To manage recruitment and staffing process
- To manage general HR & GA administration, as well as to analyze and improve current administration practices
- To facilitate effective communication and staff relation across the organization
- Coordinating and managing the tasks of General Services such as driver, messenger, receptionist, office boy, security
Requirements:
- Age maximum 35 years old
- Having minimum Bachelor degree majoring in Psychology/ Law/ or Human Resources Management
- Having at least 4 years of experience in related field in the same capacity
- Having knowledge & understanding of Indonesia Labor Laws and Regulation
- Good communication in English (verbal & written), Mandarin is a plus
- Able to work independently, as well as part of a team
