Legal Staff
Responsibilities:
- Preparing Agreement, contract Drafting
- Legal Administration, Contract Negotiation
- Review ongoing legal issues and provide advice to management accordingly
Requirements:
- Maximum 35 years old.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from Law from reputable university
- Have a good knowledge in government licensing bureaucracy procedure, Legal drafting, legal opinion and corporate legality documents
- Able to Operate MS Office
- Have a good ability to build relation with employees
- Able to work at back office and field
- Good Eager to work hard, honest, conscientious and responsible
- Able to work independently or in a team
